How Can Disc Osteophyte Complex Be Treated?

Sir I am having Disc Osteophytes Complex Bilateral over c4 & C5 & more on the Right & Lumbar Lordosis on Back. Surgeon has Advised Riggid Collar for 2 months. Methycobal 500 twice a day. Vitamin e 600 once A Day. And Volteral 50 twice A Day but I can t take due to acid reflux Problem. I still have pain & Tingling After almost A Month Sometimes I feel Better but when I Get Tired it Starts Trouble. Please Advise Best Opinion. Regard.
