How Can Discomfort In My Urethra, Felt Mostly When Sitting, Be Managed?

Hi, I ve been feeling discomfort in my urethra as if something is stuck inside. I sometimes feel like I need to pee but I don t and I mostly feel the discomfort when I m sitting oppose to standing. Idk if it s anxiety but when I tend to not think about it it goes away. I ve been testing for std and all came back negative. What can be the problem?

Based on the history, the anxiety of getting detected positive from STD's is causing you the symptoms

But, I need you to check for UTI once

Please get a urine culture done once to rule out urinary tract infection.
