How Can Disturbed Sleep Patterns And Restlessness In Sleep Be Cured?
Hi ; I have had sleep apnea for a number of years now.currently I am 62 years old (male).have been using the cpap device regularly with some success.I recently started tracking my sleep habits by wearing my Fitbit to bed.For the first few nights the Fitbit has logged that I wake up three or four times a night and that I am restless as much as 16 times a night.I am looking for suggestions as to diminish the amount of times that I have wrestles movements at night.I will be discussing this with my doctor next week but am looking for other recommendations/natural medications now.Any help will be greatly appreciated. Sincerely; Dennis
Before going to bed you can do yoga and read books and magazine. You can continue the cap device.
Try to have a sound sleep. You should not have anxiety and try to have tension free evening. Increase your reading habit. You can discuss with your doctor.
Meditation and yoga may help you to have tension free night. Decrease the frequency of taking tea and coffee in the evening to be free from an anxiety and tension at night.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash,
Ophthalmologist
