How Can Diverticulitis Be Treated?
My wife has had several bouts with diverticulitis over the last 6 months. She has had several rounds of antibiotics including 1 stay in the hospital for intravenous antibiotics. They are now referring her to a surgeon. Is it too soon to consider surgery?

Along with care taken in diet in form of more fiber diet and more fruits.
Fried non veg food should be avoided.
If medical management failed than only surgical management needed
