How Can Diverticulitis Be Treated?

I’m having a bout with diverticulitis I think. Bad pain off and on yesterday and got worse tonight. I’m planning to go in to hospital (urgent care) tomorrow. I haven’t eaten much yesterday or today. Yesterday some canned tuna. Today only yogurt & coffee, blk. I kept thinking I wd be better today w/0 eating anything but I’m still having bad pain. Once I’m laying down I’m ok, as long as I don’t move. Same when I sit still. It’s pain n my lower left side-toward the front. I’ve had this before but not as bad. My dr told me I could eat anything, but it doesn’t seem to work. No strawberries or walnuts I guess, bec I was putting those in my Greek yogurt in the morning. But not in the last week or more. Thanks if you can answer me...any hints to help me they the night. I can’t tale Alevebec of mykidneys, only Tylenol, should I take two of those?
