How Can Dizziness And Nausea Be Treated?
I m feeling extremely dizzy, lightheaded and nauseous after working on a project with a paint pen for a couple of hours. I ve had some water and am now away from the fumes and laying down, but I m concerned that I may have poisoned myself. Should I go to the emergency room? Or what should I do right now to help it?

looking at the circumstances its a better option to go to ER.if you think you hv poisoned yourself.do not wait till the situation gets worse.you never know after some time what your condition will be .
