Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
One of my meds give me, what my doctor called brain zaps . It usually occurs in the evening. These brain zaps come with intense ringing in my ears and very slight dizziness. My doctor gave me smaller doses of my meds to spread them out to five times a day. That worked for almost a year but it has returned more intensely. Any advice?
As per your complain you have problem of dizziness and tinnitus that may be because of ear infection or typanic membrane problem.
Mention which drug you are taken right now. For tinnitus problem avoid loud music listening.
Try to ignore a sound and busy your self in work. Don't think about it. See a white music means video and audio both. Nasal decongestant can use if needed.
Consult a ENT specialist for further diagnosis. Detail history and otoscopy examination give exact idea.
I hope my guidance helpful to you.. Take care.
Thank you.
