How Can Dizziness And Vomiting Be Treated?

My mother aged about 60 years is SUFFERING from dizziness and vomiting for last 3 months.It happens two or three times in a month.I have also visited neurologist and orthopaedic but not yet been cured.Neurologist has further adviced to see ENT SPECIALISTS. Pl suggest me

In my opinion dizziness and vomitting could be due to elevated blood pressures or dyselectrolytemia or ear involvement.
It is advisable to get her blood pressure checked and measurement of electrolytes(sodium and potassium ) done.
An audiometry might also be needed for ear pathology.
