Hi
Thanks fot posting on HCM
Sorry to hear you suffered from TBI
Hypotension(low blood pressure) may give you symptoms like dizziness especially when too low.The treatment of this condition depends on the underlying cause.Possible causes may include:
-Pregnancy in females
-Heart problems like low heart rate (bradycardia), heart valve problems, heart attack and heart failure
-Endocrine problems like parathyroid disease, adrenal insufficiency, hypoglycemia...
-Dehydration
-Blood loss
-Severe infection (septicemia)
-Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis)
-Lack of nutrients in your diet that may result in anemia
-Medications that can cause low blood pressure like Diuretics, Alpha blockers, Beta blockers....
-Nervous sytem disorders

Low blood pressure if not causeing serious symptoms may not need any special treatment but for home measures. However, if symptoms severe, the best treatment will be by treating the underlying cause.Possible treatment options may include:
*Use more salt
*Drink more water
*Reduce alcohol intake
*Wear compression stockings
*Follow a healthy diet
*Go slowly when changing body positions
*Eat small, low-carb meals
*Medications like fludrocortisone, midodrine ....
Hope this willhelp
Wish you good health
