Our 23 year old grandson came to live with us in May of 2007. He was using meth and I suppose anything else he could get his hands on. He had been clean and sober since then, however, in spite of counseling he does not seem to progressing at all! He is currently taking duloxetine 30 mg. once a day, bupropion 300 mg once per day, prazosin 2 mg one at bedtime and a doxepin10 mg at bedtime. HE ALSO HAS A SHELF FULL OF PAST PRESCRIPTIONS IN CASE HE RUNS OUT. We are in our 70 s and can t handle much more of the playing games all nite and sleeping all day.
