Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dry blisters on face which is a very common problem. It occur due to clogged sebaceous gland pores with dead skin cells and bacteria inside, which cause infection and form pus.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to not to squeeze or prick blister with your hands as they will get infected and further complicate. You should apply ice pack to then to reduce the inflammation and do not apply any medicine without prescription and clean them with hydrogen peroxide mix with equal quantity of water. You should consult dermatologist for proper evaluation. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like clindamycin along with other anti inflammatory drugs .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
