General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms indicate affection of respiratory tract (infection /allergy)to cause throat or bronchial inflammation to cause the symptoms.

Complete blood counts, x-ray chest are the minimum tests required to confirm the cause. Followed by specific treatment.

Please consult a chest specialist for expert advise. Please take rest, avoid exposure to allergen,do hot saline gargles ,drink warm water.&take prescribed medicines regularly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
