How Can Dry Cough Along With Palpitations Be Treated?
I am 68. Good health. Since yesterday I have had a dry cough often along with chest palpitations/spasms temperature today is 38.8 C. I don t feel tired or sick otherwise but the caught along with the spasms are not allowing me to function normally. I appreciate your thoughts

If it is only dry cough (nothing is coming out when coughing), you can take dextromethorphan tablet or syrup 10 mg eight hourly. Drink lukewarm water. Do saltwater gargles. Drink as much water as you can drink throughout the day.
