How Can Dry Mouth And Appetite Loss Along With Chest Discomfort Be Treated?

I haven t felt good for two weeks now. It started out as a cold, but now I have dry mouth, no appetite, trouble dealing with the heat and humidity, restless sleeps. Just feel yucky. I m not on any medications. I ve been to urgent care for the cold and 5 days later for tight chest. I was told it was allergies with no prescription meds.I just am tired of not feeling good. Do you have any suggestions.

Hi,

It may be due to dehydration or pharyngitis or increased climate temperature or fever etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Drink plenty of liquids, maintain humidifier, avoid allergic food that increases chest discomfort.

Get it done complete blood picture, urine examination and fever profile.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
