How Can Dryness And Red Spots On The Face Be Treated?
Hi Doctor, A few months ago I got the same problem red dots inside ma face .. but after treatment it goes away... But again m facing the same problem dryness itching n red dots from inside ... It s occur specially in morning Tim after washing ma face.... And evening too... But after some time redness goes away but the itching n dryness remains n ya litll little red dots also.... Will u help me to find out wats going on wid ma face... I have dust allergies may b coz dust or something eals... Thank you doctor

Your symptoms seem to be related to eczema. I suggest using Calamine lotion for local application. I also recommend using a moisturizer to avoid dryness of the skin.
