How Can Dryness In The Eyes Be Treated?
Hi doctor , yesterday a splash of dettol went into my eyes while i was cleaning my laptop that was poured with detol bottle accidently . The left area of white of my eye where the drop hits got a reddish line and im feeling a bit dryness since yesterday . i washed my eye many times but still a feeling of dryness irritation. what to do now ? would you please guide me

You have to consult an ophthalmologist and get evaluated to look for possible corneal injury. As of now wash the eyes thoroughly with clean water.
