How Can Dryness On The Face Be Treated?

Hi doctor, I don t have any major skin problem. I am having wheatish complexion and my skin is dry. Also it get tan very quickly. I do use sunscreen daily. But, few months ago I used to apply bentnovate on my face for few days and because of that my skin became fair and shiny. It was showing good result I didn t had any side effects for this but later on I came to know that this cream is used only to skin problems and so I stopped using. Can you please tell me any cream that I can apply on face for bright complexion and shiny. Also tell me good sunscreen product.
