How Can Ear Popping With Partial Hearing Loss Be Treated?

Doctor I dont know when this started but it is driving me crazy....Every time i swallow my right ear makes a click (just one)....The weird thing is that is my good ear, what i mean by that is i can hear better out of that ear than i can in my left ear....My left ear i seem to have trouble hearing certain pitches like more like low bass, or maybe i can just hear the trebile noises better because i cant hear that well, i mean there are things i can barely hear out of that ear for instance if i was lying down w my right ear to the pillow, i would feel as if my hearing is blocked....I also have these weird feelings in my head, like brain fog. I think maybe its a cholestetoma or i dont know why is it my right ear that makes this click, ive read lots of forums from eustacian tube dysfunction, dehydrated, anxiety, muscle spasms, im so frusterated and want to hang myself
