Hello I when to see my health nurse this morning because I had sinus infection last week now this week my ears is starting to hurt. She said I had a ear infection and I should go and see my doctor but I don t have the money to go right now can you help with some kind medicine or ear drops to get?

Kindly do the following to overcome it. 1. Take steam inhalation twice daily. 2. Do salt water gargling with warm water twice daily. 3. Take nasal decongestant medications. 4. Take analgesic medication like Ibuprofen twice daily after food. 5. Avoid consumption of cold items like cool drinks and ice-creams. Gradually, you should be able to overcome the problem.
