As per your query you have eczema on the arms and legs which is mainly due to an overactive response by the body's immune system to an irritant.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you clean your skin by washing with cold water and mild soap and stay in a moist environment. You should avoid sun exposure and take antihistamine twice a day. Do not scratch your skin as it can lead to secondary infection, rather apply cold compresses to the skin to reduce irritation. If the condition doesn't subside then consult a dermatologist for proper examination. The doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants, antibiotics for secondary infection, steroid creams and light therapy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
