How Can Eczema On The Chest Of An Infant Be Treated?

Hi, my 4 month old baby boy has very fair face complexion but body has turned prominently dark and everyone notices that. He had mild eczema on chest for which i m still using aveeno eczema lotion on his whole body including face. is this normal n will it get lighter with time? thank u

Hello,

Yes, that is only moisturising cream and it does help get out of eczema. But if he had an allergic reaction to anything you might have used them until you stop using that allergen that eczema will not subside.

So, kindly get to know which allergen might have caused this. Any other new creams or body lotion, or food intake or any clothing etcetera can cause allergy.
