How Can Egg Rupture To Aid Pregnancy Be Induced?

Hello Docter, My problem which we are facing is Egg should get ruptured and should come out through fallopian tube which is not happening in her case. Our doctor suggests that this process needs to happen naturally. IVF and other expensive treatment will not help since if egg itself is not getting ruptured. From past 3 years we almost changed 3 to 4 doctors and every one are doing the same procedure. D-1 to D-10 First 5 days T-Siphene, Letrozole, Clomiphene these tablets where given in all type of permutation and combination. Started with Siphene then after few months Cysts where found, then changed to Letrozole after few months hormone imbalance and then finally from past two months she is taking Clomiphene Clofert 50 mg. D-12 HCG Injection 5000 Unit most of the times it will not get ruptured with correct size again one more HCG 5000 Unit after 2 days finaly result negative. Her periods are regular after D-28 or D-30 again same Procedure.Pelvic Sonography states Date, RT ovary Follicle, LT ovary Follicle, Endo Thickness, POD and Ovulation in past 3 years ovulation happend 3 to 4 times with enlarged Follicle size not with correct size. Apart from this every day she is taking Metaday, Sicriptin, Fertbex, Rosinorm-M, and after D-20 Susten 100. Almost we have completed all basic tests like tube block and etc everything is normal apart from Egg not getting ruptured. Our Doctor is sure that egg is getting developed inside but not getting ruptured. Please suggest if there is any tablet which helps egg getting ruptured.
