How Can Elevated BP And Frequent Urination At Night Be Treated?
66 years old 6 249lbs.....physical 2 times year good health except for a touch of high blood pressure it runs about 120/78 lately. Still need to lose weight .problem is I have to go to bathroom almost every hour or less. When sleeping almost every hour , it stops after 3-4 times then I good the rest of night. During day, don t have to go much...just after supper........suggestions. Sugar level last couple of years runs 90-96...Dr. Tells me prostate feels good, if that s the right word....

Urination is a process which highly regulated by the central nervous system and as with age if there is a prostate problem the sphincter may relax and frequency of urination increases. As you mention you have high blood pressure, do you take any medicine if yes and if there is a diuretic you should take it at daytime?
