I am 32 weeks pregnant and my placenta is 3 degree mature.... estimated fetal weight is 1571 Gms so fetal growth is not as per gestation age... my bp is normal but fasting sugar level is 94... could you suggest what i should be doing? I was diagnosed with notch on 24 th week which has improved... dont have kept me on ecosprin untill 34th week... is this the only solution? Can food intake also help with fetal growth? TIA
