Hi,
Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. As per your history, Please find my advice below-:
1)Do check sugar and BP,try to keep both under normal(BP-2)Check heart by doing ECG/ECHO
3)please do check his clinical sign by your local doctor and let me know what is his present symptom now?By knowing his clinical symptoms it will be easy for any doctor to make a plan.Your report indicates his condition is going to be very serious very soon (Kidney & liver damage)
4)If body swelling present admit him first
