How Can Elevated Creatinine Levels Be Treated?

hi my name is barry in bit of a rush this morning had blood test week ago my creatine levels are 182 so please can you advise me what i can do to lower the levels please i had my n ew kidney at cardiff in jan 2010 thanks im male and age 53

avoid straineous exercise and food rich in creatine avoid vanadium containing food. take chitosan and alphalipolic acid.dialysis is another way to reduce it.
