Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you will need to visit any hospital at your panel and start with general or internal medicine doctor appointment and fresh baseline and ultrasound reports can be discussed and they will refer you to a kidney doctor and rest of the work up can be started. However careful water intake, avoiding any unnecessary drugs which can damage kidney should be avoided. Protein intake should be in a limit. Serum electrolytes and urinary sodium levels may be done as well. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
