How Can Elevated Heart Rate And Dizziness Be Treated?

My husband has a resting heart rate of 126-130 . Has felt dizzy through the day and now has been resting at home but heart rate not gone down. It is normally 56-60 Has had episodes of this but usually corrects itself in a short period of time. Is it urgent that I get him to a health professional immediately or is he ok overnight?
