I had fever for 4-5days and when i got my blood test done .. typhoid was positive and sgot sgpt was way high . When i got another blood test done sgpt was 333 and sgot 360 and typhoid came negative . Then i got sonography done, everything was normal . What should i do with this high values ? What has to be done now ?

Your liver enzymes are high. It can be an infective etiology. You have to investigate further with HBsAg by ELISA, serum bilirubin estimation, anti HCV antibody estimation. If all these reports are normal then repeat the test for liver enzymes after a week.
