How Can Elevated Triglyceride And Cholesterol Be Treated?
I have high triglycerides 320 and high cholesterol LDL 186 HDL 39 and I want to lower it all without prescription drugs also my Thyroid is slughish and I started ashwaganda. On top of that I have 3 tumors on my uterus one is the size of a grapefruit and I don t want to be cut but they say they are too big to take out the vigina. I understand numeric shrinks the tumors. What diet can you put me on for all of this. I think I read hormones improper function can cause fatty tumors. (benign which mine are)
Hello there . I can see that you have very high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. It can be brought down by avoiding saturated fats and processed foods. But it is advisable that you take medicines for bringing it under control for a few months as the level is very high. Simvastatin for cholesterol and fenofibrate for triglyceride can bring it under control. You have very discuss it with your physician. Regarding the benign tumor in your uterus, in many cases the tumor itself shrinks in size after menopause. If it doesn't , hormonal therapy can do the needful.
