Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion, you should definitely consult pulmonologist and get done a clinical examination of the respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).

PFT will tell you about the severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only. You will need inhaled bronchodilators (Formoterol or Salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (Budesonide or Fluticasone).

Also, enroll in Pulmonology rehabilitation where deep breathing exercises and chest physiotherapy are done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar,
