i am 48ys and i was attacke by typhoid and jaundice. now my billuraimine is .9 and typhoid in negative . for the past 20 days. i lost 17Kg weight during hospitalization and recovery period iam a hardcore Non veg i take daily. now iam living on boiled veg and rice with buttermilk without salt, oil and spices. kindly advice my diet so that i gain some energy
To prevent relapse of typhoid and jaundice, you need to be on bland diet for at least a month. This would help the affected tissues (liver and intestine) to recover their functions effectively.
After that, you can slowly switch over to normal diet as you were taking before. Kindly be patient as it would take about 3 to 6 months to gain weight as before.
