General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned, any mother would be.

The exact name or diagnosis is not given but based on what was written, he may have permanent damage.
It may affect learning, interaction with others and behaviour.

Your doctor would need to refer him to specialist that can help him.

I hope this helps
