How Can Erectile Dysfunction After A Radical Prostatectomy Be Treated?

I am 78 yeas old and had a Radical Prostatectomy with seminal vessel removal about 10 - 15 years ago. I have been unable to have an erection since, even after trying Viagra, Cialis and Levitra. I would like to know if medically speaking, the penis needs to be exercised on a regular basis? If so, why and your recommendation?

Hi,

Check the problem by consulting your psychiatrist or neurophysician to confirm that:

1. Is it psychological?
2. Is it due to low testosterone?
3. Is it due to low releasing hormone in pituitary failure?
4. Is it due to obecity or smoking or alcoholism etcetera?

Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
