Hi i think i have erectile disfunction and i also i m also loosing hair, my scalp all bald both side of my hair, hair still grows but more like an M shape, i masturbate alot also and i can t sleep very well at night, the most i can sleep is 6hours i can barely sleep past that, i don t know wjat is happening to me but i am very worried, the reason i mastubate alot is becomes i am addicted to porn for about 12years now and i am only 25

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your loss of hair is probably just genetic. Male pattern baldness is a common problem. There are a variety of treatments available for that like minoxidil, or a couple of years down the line you could get a hair transplant.

Now, with respect to the porn addiction, you could join some support groups online, or use phone apps. Additionally, you could talk to a therapist. It is unlikely that you have erectile dysfunction. It is more likely to be psychosomatic. Do not worry about it. You will be fine with the above mentioned guidelines.
