How Can Erectile Dysfunction While Suffering From Diabetes Be Treated?

I m 56 yrs old have been a insulin dependant diabetic for 26 yrs and have been on dialysis for a year. I have not had sex for over 8 yrs do to not being able to get an erection. I have tried Viagra and all of the others like it and have had know luck in finding one that works for me. What are my options for a recovery?Im tired of avoiding ladies I would love to bring home.

My friend you have a wide range of treatment option.those are following
1.you can use Viagra patch or penile injection.viagra patch is to be put during sex.it maintain erection and it will be helpful.
2.there is a device called PENIS PUMP.it pulls blood to your penis and causes erection.it is battery operated,safe and easy to use.but consider reputable manufacturer before buying it.
3.semirigid or inflatable penile implants are last option.they are safe and effective.
4.but first you have to control your blood sugar.if current insulin preparation is not working,consider different regimen.check for your blood pressure,lipid profile.
5.stop smoking.reduce weight.eat healthy.take antioxidant pills.
