How Can Erectile Dysfunction With A Milky Discharge Be Treated?

Hi
I have a thick milky white fluid whenever I pass stool. It is thick as toothpaste. This milky discharge began in 2004. I also have a hard time maintaining erections? If I do get an erection it is not as strong as before. I am only 30 years old and about 145 lbs and 5'5". Please help.

Dear service user,
Thank you for contacting healthcaremagic.
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You involuntarily pass thick milky whitish fluid in urine, and more so while straining during stool passage. I understand that you are concerned about this.
This fluid is largely the secretion of tiny glands in the way of urine tube and prostate gland. When a person squats in the toilet and exerts a little pressure, sometimes this pressure is relayed from the rectum to the prostate and urine tube (urethra), and a few accumulated drops of sticky white secretion accumulates and trickles down. In simple words, it is akin to if 10 drops of perspiration on forehead and when the 11th meets, it trickles down. The same thing happens in your urine tube. There is nothing to get worried about. This milky discharge is not semen. It doesn't cause impotency.
There are several causes of insufficient erections. The common reasons are
1. Diabetes
2. Some medicines like anti depressants and anti psychotics
3. Performance anxiety (the most common reason)
4. Alcohol use
5. Smoking
6. after some surgical procedures.
I advise you to consult a psychiatrist who will definitely assist you after getting your history to find out the cause of erectile dysfunction in your case.
I hope I addressed your concerns properly.
Wish you good health.
