hi i am worried as i used to have a sexual sex life until 4 days ago when i can only get a semi erection when i used to get a good bone on iam a little worried please help me

1. First thing we have to identify the cause for the erectile dysfunction.
2. The main reasons. first is mood / psychiatric disorder, second is vascular cause ( blood supply) finally any underlying medical condition.
3. A counselling and ant penile doppler would help in diagnosing the problem.
4.If there is any underlying medical condition you need to treat it in the first place like diabetes and hypertension need to keep in control.
5.So get an appointment and get investigated and treated accordingly.
