I have been diagnosed with erythema nodosum and was given an oral antiobiotic. It helped for a week but after then the nodules continue to appear and more frequently, mostly on my arms and hands. What other treatment can i get to relieve this problem, it is really altering my life.
erethema nodosum is a skin disease which mainly affect fatty later of skins.. it which small lumps ,rashes occur on particular sites.. these take 3 to 6 months to resolve on their own.. or sometimes chronic erethema nodosum lumps take about 1year to resolve... treatment of erethema nodosum involve antiinfalmatory medicines and cortico steroids orally or by injectables... treatment should be taken according to doctor.. in his observation
