General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Sounds to the level of development of pneumonia likely.
Immediately, take him to a nearby PCP and get his blood tests and X-ray chest done to identify the underlying intensity of the respiratory infection and treat accordingly.
The mainstay of management would be better antibiotic, bronchodilator, anti-inflammatory, multivitamins with supportive care.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
