Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should consider seeing a doctor and getting an examination for excessive fatigue and/or daytime sleepiness. There are a number of potential explanations but the answer can only come after a thorough history and physical examination coupled with appropriate labs and diagnostic studies.

Please write to me with additional information at: www.bit.ly/drdariushsaghafi and I'll be happy to keep helping you get things down the track in order to get an answer to this problem.
