Frothy urine, thirst, and frequent urination are all due to your high blood sugars. Consult your diabetologist again and get medicine altered to control your sugars. Essentially this consulting your diabetologist is must once in 3 months to make sure whether your sugars are controlled with the present medication or you need some medicines to be added with your present medications. To get your sugars under control you should take regular medicines, do your exercise properly, and follow a diabetic diet. These 3 acts will help you control your sugars.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
