How Can Excessive Weight Gain Due To Hypothyroidism Be Treated?

Hello doctor! I am suffering from hypothyroidism since past 15years. Having 88mcg thyronorm currently as suggested by my endocrinologist but iam fed up of gaining my body weight from 59kgs to 73kgs now in past 1 year. Too much body pain specially knee and shoulder. I get too tired easily. Metabolism Is very poor. After 15 stairs I feel out of breath. I go to gym daily .Plz help.

check your thyroid levels and increase the dose if necessary as your metabolism is low implied by your increasing wt and low activity signifying the need to increase the dose.once thyroid functioning is optimum, your metabolism increases and additional things your gym and all will give you best results。
