How Can Extreme Fatigue Be Treated While Suffering From Asthma?
I am a few moths away from 65. Am retired, have inherited eosinophilic Asthma....am on max ICS therapy and suffer from non-restorative sleep. I awake tired to exhausted after 8 hours sleep.....Not more rested at 9 or 10. Without an alarm, I may sleep 9 or 10 without waking. The only thing that seems to help is exercise. I live in Minnesota....when air temp is below 25 degrees...or above 85 degrees my hair trigger temp sensitive A curtails outside bike riding. Any suggestions? Thanks,..... YYYY@YYYY
