Hello,

Since you have recovered completely from the attack of pneumonia and there is no fever, you can swim. Since there is considerable weakness it is necessary to build some strength through adequate nutrition and protein supplements, so that after swimming there will not be excessive tiredness. Swimming will mostly help in building muscle strength as well as will not aggravate joint pains. You can definitely give it a try.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhakar Laxman Jathar
