How Can Facial Acne Be Treated?

Im a healthy male, 37 years old, 180 lbs, and occassionally use Methamphetamine... my face breaks out now very bad, despite using or not using meth. what is the best way to treat... obviously, I should stop... but other than that, what is the best course of action? I had similar experience when prescribed concerta & adderall, fyi

For acne there are so many different modality like antibiotics, retinoic acid preparations, steroids in some cases and other natural remedies. Actually, I don't recommend it because they have many side effects even though it can treat acne. But then it can solve the problem by treating acne. Obviously, natural therapy is even a better option, like aloe vera cream etc.
