I am 71 yrs. old woman, had a cerebellum stroke in Jun 21st. and weigh about 147 lbs. My doctor told me my ideal weight should be 109 also because I am only 4 11. I went down to 128 before my stroke, I go to Zumba 2 times a week and Aqua fit class 3 times a week. Since my stroke, I only have minimal exercise , (Aqua fit , 1 hr each time ). What is the best and quickest way to lose belly fat?
