How Can Fatigue After A Bout Of Diarrhea And Vomiting Be Treated?

Thanks....I had diarrhea and vomiting ...in a bad way , 9 days ago and saw doc in er and had fluids....got better but still tired....lab work said only needed potassium so working on that . doc said not flu, but upper gi something like food poisoning maybe....could I have had the ful?

Hello,

It can be bacterial gastritis or viral flu of the intestinal tract. For that symptomatic management done. Maintain lost electrolytes by ORS or Vital Z like powder. To maintain energy glucose D can be taken. If no improvement, stool routine microscopic examination done.
