General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

I think the loss of memory and lack of concentration is stress related or depression related. I suggest you take lots of vitamin E, A, C, and minerals such as zinc and selenium.

In our clinic, we have good results while using Gingko bilboa. Also, you can use Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Phosphatidylcholine, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
