How Can Fatigue Be Treated While Suffering From Prostate Cancer?

I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer, slow 3+3 stage. I was hoping to get a second opinion from a major clinic in Chicago. I have a new job,,, working 3 pm til 12 midnight 4 days a week. I am having a hard time adjusting to the tine schedule. Tiired for sure. Any suggestions. Paul

- Balanced nutritious diet.
